If you find your employer, please follow the links or download and complete the relevant forms.
What if I know my company has a payroll giving program, but it’s not listed in the search tool?
If your employer’s payroll giving program is not in our search tool, you can still submit a request. Check your company’s intranet or ask your HR department. To add your employer’s program to our tool, email data@doublethedonation.com.
