Our work doesn’t stop when an event ends or when someone leaves our office. NHA MobileConnect helps extend that connection by putting helpful information and resources directly into the hands of our community. Whether you are seeking resources, supporting someone who needs assistance, or partnering with us in this work, we invite you to download the app and stay connected.
