PHC Program Support Staff (Temporary, Part-Time)

The Nevada Homeless Alliance is seeking a temporary, part-time PHC Program Support Staff based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position supports Project Homeless Connect (PHC) efforts by assisting with outreach, event coordination, and service navigation for individuals experiencing homelessness throughout Clark County. This is a grant-funded position expected to run through July 31, 2026.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both office and field settings. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, supporting event setup and operations, entering data into HMIS, assisting with program enrollment, and providing peer support to clients. This role also includes coordinating with community partners, supporting transportation needs, and assisting with inventory, donations, and event logistics. Participation in our on-site events is required, including outdoor outreach and engagement in varying weather conditions.

Candidates should be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with diverse populations, and demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and reliable transportation are required. A valid Nevada driver’s license is preferred.

The Southern Nevada Lived X Team is seeking independent contractors with lived experience of homelessness to join a growing movement focused on advocacy, systems change, and community impact. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about using their voice and experience to help improve services, programs, and policies that affect people experiencing homelessness. Members of the Lived X Team participate in community meetings, focus groups, and collaborative projects that inform local decision-making. Contractors may contribute to outreach efforts, provide feedback on programs and services, and share insights that help shape a more responsive and equitable system of care. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a willingness to collaborate, and a commitment to supporting others through shared experience. This role values authenticity, perspective, and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations that center lived experience as expertise.
